Brewing Science Certificate Program:
In America, a new brewery opens every 9 hours, an ongoing trend since 2012. With explosive industry growth comes the need for formal training and education, jobs which require understanding and troubleshooting ability in brewing science. At USciences, graduate students in our Brewing Science program work with faculty and industry experts to develop the hands-on skills they need to secure jobs and to ensure consistency and quality in the brewing industry.
Fundraising Initiatives Below:
The Master Brewers Association of America (MBAA) and the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) provide incredible networking opportunity and educational resources for the brewing industry. A contribution of $101 covers the cost of a one-year student membership to both the MBAA and the ASBC.
Image cytometers are the leading industry tool for counting yeast cells and ensuring fermentation consistency. Your contribution will go towards the purchase of a new cellometer to be employed in our Pilot Brewing Laboratory and our Microbiology of Beer lab course.
